Baskin Robbins - Natural Frozen Yogurt

Hi Everyone

I like to go to the cinema with my partner once a week. This is the time I really miss a treat. Used to get ben and jerrys choc fudge brownie mmmm. Obviously this isnt very low carb at all. We have a Baskin Robbins counter at my cinema though and they sell, Natural Frozen yoghurt. I have had a scoop of this once and I really love it. The only thing is I cant seem to find any nutritional info on it on their website. The only thing it says is - Frozen low-fat natural yoghurt containing probiotic cultures. I know it probably isnt very low carb but i really miss my treat at the movies :sigh: Does anyone have anymore info on this product?

Looks to be about 20g carbs per serve - your daily allowance in Induction! Might have to wait until you're a bit further down the track.

What about some home made alternatives? Home made ice cream is lower in carbs, if you have an ice cream maker - or experiment with Alpro soya yoghurt, very low in carbs too?
