What kind of music do they play?

Success = Dreams>Excuses
Just about everything really. Indie, Rock, Funk, Soul, Blues, Country, Folk, Avant Garde, Reggae, Electronic.
Weekdays from breakfast through to 7pm are more mainstream with the evenings and early hours having slightly less restriction to stick rigidly to playlist. Weekends are good with lost of ex/current musician presenters including: Guy Garvey, Jarvis Cocker, Cerys Matthews to name but a few. They all play a very eclectic mix of music.
They try an champion "under the radar" and undiscovered music which is why I like to listen as you are continually hearing new stuff, and new old stuff too (if you know what I mean) and it also means that you aren't hearing the same old songs again and again until you end up hating them.
Oh, and its the BBC so no annoying adverts either.
