    just posted on another thread, the amount of extra calories those 'diet pop' drinkers ate at the buffet was about the same as one can of full fat pop(just googled it out of interest)! So basically they ended up taking in the same calories as the 'full sugar pop' team!!!

    "no additives in WW meals" hmmmm not sure they answered the question truthfully. I'm not putting WW down as I know some of you on here are doing it and its works very well for a lot of people but I do prefer the fact that SW do not have ready meals and it teaches us to eat natural homemade food.
