Ok, so, im on day one. Really am desperate for this to work, so thought i would start a diary and keep track of what im doing. If anybody does read this, and sees im doing something wrong, PLEASE tell me so that i can adjust things. All help and comments gratefully received.
Breakfast..2 weetabix (hb) melon and banana
Lunch... Jacket spud, ham, lots of salad.
Dinner....spag bol with extra lean mince and lots of onions,mushrooms and tomatoes.
Snacks....fruit
375ml skimmed milk (ha)
Syns.. 2 finger kitkat 5,5 syns?

Feeling really positive this morning. Managed to stay on plan last night, which is a BIG thing for me, friday nights are a massive temptation. I have also decided that satuday morning is going to be my weigh in day. Right now for my food
Breakfast... Egg mushrooms spagetti hoops and 2 small wm bread hb x1
Lunch....salad jacket spud with tuna & sweetcorn
Dinner... Brocolli carrots sprouts bns mash and gravy (synned will look up in a bit and edit)
Snacks muller light. Fruit
Think thats it for the moment. Wi edit later. Big hello if anybody has dropped by :)) x
