Day 1
On the refeed a bit earlier than planned .. But I'm going to stick to it for just over a week to hopefully make a good start when I move to slimming world!
So had a late lunch early dinner .. I had a chicken breast which I boiled in stock to keep it nice and juice with a pinch of paprika along with a small salad of lettuce grilled pepper and carrot.
Very full now yum .. That will be me for today .. Must get some water in haven't had any yet eek! I'm going to stick with one meal only 2moro also and then maybe do two more days with out carbs and introduce carbs in my evening meal on Thursday .. We have a dinner out on Friday do hopefully I'll stay on something light that night! And then I can reintroduce a carb in each meal by Sunday! And I'll keep it simple refeed meals to Thursday week when I hopefully join slimming world!
