I microwaved my Alpen bar yesterday and crumbled it over a small scoop of ice cream (2 1/2 syns) - amazing!!! xx

Thanks didn't expect that much as been having wee sneaky wi in the mornings and didn't budge until today lol. Hope ur well x

That happens to me most weeks - it does my head in and I really should just stay off the scales 'til WI day, but I just can't help myself! My scales had been showing a 1lb gain all week up to Friday, then I didn't get on then all weekend, and I got a 3lb loss this morning! So you just never can tell! You just have to stick to the plan and see what WI day brings.

I'm off to South Africa with work today so being trapped on a plan for 12 hours each way is going to be a challenge - especially as we're flying Virgin Atlantic who are really good at giving away movie snacks etc. I'm taking Alpen Bars with me so I can try to resist!! Look forward to catching up when I'm back on Thursday to see how you're getting on :) xx
 
Well done you 3lbs that fabby bet ur so happy with that :). South Africa wow wish I went nice places with my work the best i get is Edinburgh and thats only a 15 min in the train or a quick drive in the car lol.

Yeah I think I'll try to stop with the scale checking as I suppose it's just an added pressure.

I'm off work today and it's the start of our school holidays taking little one out to pizza hut for lunch and then to the fun fair of it stays dry ( everything crossed for that) will try to just have a wee bit pizza and lots of unlimited salad :)

Safe flight hun and defo look forward to catching up when u come back xxx
 
Thanks lovely! It's my first time visiting my company's head office so I'm a little bit nervous but I'm sure it'll be good. Flying isn't my favourite thing so keeping my fingers crossed we get upgraded then I can just sleep!

Was so wet never got to the fun fair so skipped that and went to brewers fayre for lunch and lily played in the kids area. (kinda glad as wasn't looking forward to the syns in the pizza hut)
