Beef - pressure cooker advice

Morning cooks... a newbie here(!),

I shall need to pressure cooker some lean "fondu" meat I bought last weekend and froze in the country freezer in cubes (because by the time it's defrosted, there'll be no time to slow cooker it...).

So, my idea is to pressure cooker a kilo of meat with a fat free stock cube, onion, garlic, herbs, maybe a carrot (will it survive?), and some water (how much?)... could you tell me how long it needs? 30 mins?

(Then I'll split it in half, make a Dukan friendly pot for myself... and a "Northern Boy" friendly pot for OH... ie with tatties!)
 
no one gonna help me cook my dinner tomorrow? pfffft!
