Beef stir fry (garlic chilli and ginger) YUM!

    Just made this for my dinner... so yummy..
    If your having a green day limit the amount of beef you have or add loads of veg in and have it on an EE!
    Marinade for the beef:
    1 tsp honey - 1 sin
    3 tblspoons terriake marrinade -4.5 sins
    2 tblspoons soy sauce
    grated ginger
    2 cloves of grated garlic
    2 little red chillis.
    Beef (amount depending on day)

    Other ingredients
    red peppers
    pak choi
    spring onions

    First put all the marinade in to a tupperwear with the beef and leave in the fridge for as long as possible (i usualy make it in the morning and leave it all day till tea time!)
    Then put rice on to boil, Heat frying pan with fry light in pour in the beef and marrinade...
    chop all the extra ingredients
    when the beef has browned throw in the veg and leave till cooked.
    Then Enjoy.
    Nice for a quick and easy tea..5.5 sins!
