...with my drinking syns. My meals have been normal ones I would eat on plan, but I lost the plot with all the socialisng that went on. No chocolate - well, I did buy myself a packet of Munchies and ate a third of them, realised that I wasn't enjoying them enough for the damage they'd do, and offered them to my OH (who discreetly hid them in his pocket ready to throw away later - he doesn't eat sweets).

Anyway - back to work and back on plan. Thank gawd. Bit depressed at the thought of another long weekend on the way for the wedding. I was doing so well and don't want to mess up any more.

I feel your pain. I have been off plan since Thursday, drank my weight in alcohol, haven't so much as looked at a piece of fruit so all clogged up. Put on 1lb but back on it today. Cannot let the next bank holiday Do this to me x

Well I did the same but I managed to avoid cider! Stuck to vodka and diet anything and part wine part soda.

Still had alot of syns I imagine!

Glad I wasn't the only one that drifted off plan I tried hard but everyone everyday everywhere we went was doing BBQ and may of drunk a few too many vodka with diet lemonade but WI tonight fingers crossed ha ha it's not too much damage I'm not going out next bank holiday I can't control myeslf ha ha

This was me at a party last Friday! I don't go out to clubs or bars very often, but when I do I tend to over-drink. Luckily I only have spirits and diet mixers these days!

i know the feeling!!! drunk martini and diet lemonade as only 2.5 syns but drunk double the amount so wasnt worth it! didnt even get drunk!

I drunk my own body weight in vodka and cocktails but have been very good with food. Away with bf this weekend so I know food and drink will be my downfall, and I've got a dress to fit into in 2 weeks, eeek!!

Me too! Wine and chocolate :( I always find Easter really hard.... I dread to think how much chocolate I have eaten today.

Hopefully, things will be easier from tomorrow when my son is back at school and I am back at work. Find it much easier to be disciplined then. Hubby is going to take our Easter eggs into work and I will encourage littl'un to eat his asap!

Hope everyone else can get back on track this week. It will encourage me to stop this behaviour dragging on for weeks...
