Beer syns

I've searched for Fosters in the syns forums and cant seem to find anything...
Does anyone have any idea the syn value of a can please?

Well it says in directory 4.5 for standard lager 250ml? Can't find fosters like x

Ooo that all great, I didnt have the whole can either, although i'm sure the can is more than 250ml but 4.5 will do me just fine. I need a directory.

You can work it out using 1 syn for every 20 calories - if you don;t know the calories a quick google will usually tell you

Thanks for this..... I've just had a can.... hate to say a can is 500ml so I've had 9 syns....
