Beginning of slimming world. My Food Diary :)

Hiya!
I have started slimming world today. Going it alone at home! My cousin gave me her book as she has pretty much given up! I need this page to help me keep track of what I'm eating and to review to see how I can improve weight loss/ what I'm doing wrong.
If anyone has any suggestions on how I can improve my days or where I am missing syns or anything, please comment! All help is muchly appreciated :D
Oh Also- if anyone has any good green and red day recipes, that to would be fab!

Day 1, Week 0.


Green Day:

Breakfast : 30g Fruitful shredded wheats (1 Heb)
250ml semi-skimmed milk (1 Hea)
Handful of grapes, banana.
Pint of Water

Lunch : Slimming world sweet potato wedges using fry light
Large salad, lettuce, onions.
1 tbsn sweet chilli sauce (1 Syn)
Pint of water

Snack : Grapes
Fat Free Natural Yoghurt
Blueberries

Dinner : 120g Sea bass (1 Heb)
Mashed potato (Pre made, ingredients said cream so not sure how many syns :confused: )
Broccoli
Peas
Carrots
Green beans
Pint of Water.
 
Day 2, Week 0.

Red day.
Breakfast :Disaster. Realised I bought the wrong weight watchers bread. Got malted which turns out to be 2.5 syns a slice. Yay :sigh:

Lean bacon and poached egg sandwhich (7 syns altogether).
Fat Free natural yoghurt, blueberries and grapes.
Pint of water.

Lunch : Chicken, onion and pepper skewers with a large salad
Sweet chilli dip (1 syn)
Fanta zero

Snack : Banana, 2 glasses of water.

Dinner : Gammon, onion and mushrooms
Handful of jelly babies :( probably ended up eating about 6-7 syns worth :cry:

Made a right mess of this day. Because of the mishap with brekkie etc didn't even have my healthy extras. If I want to snack later il snack on light mini babybel to gain 1 HeA.

Lets just pretend this day never happened :mad:
