I was overweight most of my life, fat for a large part of it, and morbidly obese for at least 10 years. I guess what I'm wondering now, is how much of the damage has been undone?
With any luck, I'll die at 102, while making love to my 5th wife.
Losing weight reverses a lot of illnesses that can be measured, Blood pressure, diabetes etc so I'd have thought that heart disease and clogged arteries would also go hand in hand with this...
My concern is having low BP at 17stone.. does that mean I'll be dangerously low at 9 stone? I'll have to wait and see!
But getting back to the thread, it's good to know I'll have lessened the chances of shortening my life from illness.
