Hello! I just joined in Belfast. At the Agape Center on Thursday nights, just because it was convenient work-wise. But I'd like to try other groups too. My sister is in a SW group in Donegal. She lost 3 st 9lbs. (she wants to lose about 4 st more to get to target of 11 st). But she said it is so different from group to group. She said groups with a mix of guys and women is more fun actually

Can I just say that I absolutely loved Belfast - and that was in the late 70's when I was stationed in Lisburn. I bet it's even better now.

Note to self - book a trip over next spring/summer & see how it's changed.

You loved it in the 70s? Obv I wasn't there for it but I imagine it was horrific but I do have to say...I do love our wee country even if there are some dafties in it (on both sides).
They're rioting at the minute here cause they've taken the Union Jack down from the City Hall.

Oh how delightful that my wee town made the news tonight....not! I get peaceful protesting etc but setting fire to the alliance party offices is really of no benefit to anyone apart from wasting the resources of the rescue services
