Belvita Breakfast Biscuits

Hi, does anyone know the syns value of these? they are fab and really do make me feel full and not want to snack!
However, if they are high syn value they may be a false economy!

Nabisco Belvita, Breakfast Biscuits, Wholegrain, Milk & Cereals, each - 3 syns
Nabisco Belvita, Breakfast Biscuits, Wholegrain, Fruit & Fibre, each - 2.5 syns

very high then - 12 syns per serving as there's 4 biscuits per pack!

They are just biscuits. "breakfast" biscuits is just clever marketing!
