Belvita breakfast biscuits

Can anyone tell me how many syns are in a 4 pack of belvita biscuits or if i can use them as a 'b' choice?

Well there not a healthy extra four biscuts contain 216 cals thats 11 syns,

OMG!!! i will not be having these for breakfast then thanks tho, do u know any breakfast bars that can be used as a hex? i work funny shifts and need to grab breakfast on the go??

Yes i do two of the alpen light under 70 cals or two of the aldi harvest morn under 70 cals are a hexb and also the slimming world hi fi bars(just one though) and they are tasty tasty. Thats off the top of my head. Also if your on EE make sure you grab so fruit as well, aples bananas easy to eat and store and not to messy
