I don't know who's miscalculated here but I've checked and it's only 1 syn per 100g on ee and original. It's 5 syns on green though - maybe that's where the confusion is coming from? ANyway, 1 syn not too bad compared to 5!!

really?? it says on the pack 21 cals per 20g? did u do that on the app? i hope it is 1!! really wanted a sandwich with it today but refused haha x

Yes it is definitely 1 syn per 100g and always has been. The app defaults to the green plan so you need to make sure you change it to the right plan

The syn values have changed over the last few years. Now it's 1.5 syns per 100 g
