Best meal ever

I have just had the most delicious meal ever. slimming world chips with skins on. batchelors savoury rice in beef flavour and diet coke chicken, it was absolutely gorgeous, to finish off i had a limited edition lemon and passionfruit muller light.

I do mine by putting a decent sized ham in a smallish saucepan, cover entirely with either diet coke, diet lilt, diet dandelion & burdock etc and simmer until cooked (usually an hour or so). The meat pulls in the flavours of the drink and is yummy and FREE!
