Best tip for slimming success

Hi all I'm new here. Managed to loose 2lb on my first week which although is still a loss I would have imagined it be more. I followed the EE plan but I don't think I'm eating enough superfree foods. Do you all find the more superfree you eat the more you loose??

Also what tips would you give newbies like me??

A 2lb loss in your first week is a good loss - SW recommend between 1-2lb per week, so don't be disheartened.

My tips would be to read your books and stick to the plan to the letter, including having your HEA and HEB and up to 15 syns a day. I found my weight loss was better when I had more superfrees and used all my syns.
