Hi all, I did SW about 6 yrs ago but wasn't very successful. Only lost 4lb in 4mths.
So I've looked into the diet again as a friend of mine has lost 9.5lbs in 6 weeks. Fab.
I haven't joined a group as i have all the information from last time. So I'm going to give it a go on my own.
Started today- hope I'm doing it right. So far I have eaten overnight oats (fat free yoghurt & gluten free oats) do I use the oats as healthy extra b??? For lunch I had 2x poached eggs, 2 SW sausages and baked beans. Is this free???Can't believe I've had so much to eat already or have I gone wrong???
Weighed in today for first time in ages, not good 11st 12lbs. Heaviest I've ever been. Would like to lose something for holiday in August but main incentive is im 50 in January!!!
Hopefully by joining this group it can keep me going.
