Big Al's - syn values?

Determination is Key
Can't find much information about this brand at all.
In my food directory it gives the syn value for the big eat burgers, and says the chilli chicken mini fillets are free, but that's all I can find.

Anybody know how many syns are in the hot and spicy chicken breasts?

And how come the burgers are synned, when it says on the packaging that it's just beef, with not even a pinch of salt added.

"Beef" just means cow - it includes any part of the whole cow - fat, muscle, cartilage, the lot. Anything that came from a cow is beef, same as pork means anything that came from a pig. Lard is 100% pork, beef dripping is 100% beef - it's just that it's not healthy part of the pig/cow.

If you post the nutritional info of a particular thing someone will be able to calculate it for you./

Thanks for that Ermintrude! I'll look up the nutritional values later and post.
