How about mugshots (free on Green/EE) or salad with chopped up sliced ham/chicken on Red, or low fat cheese. And Tesco Healthy Living cottage cheese with pineapple is free and scrummy.

Also I sometimes make an omelette with lots of superfree fillings (onion, peppers) and ham or tuna, then have it cold in slices for a packed lunch.

How about packets of flavoured couscous (1/2 syn per 100g) which you can mix with wholegrain couscous to make the syns virtually nothing and frylite loads of veg or add raw veg and serve with salad and ham/chicken/tuna.
