Just been watching biggest loser and saw on the advert that they had a weight loss programe where you have a shake for lunch a breakfast bar and a small meal does any one know about this if its good how much it is thinking of finding out about it for my sis x
They sell the products in Asda and Tesco, I've seen them there. They are too high in carbs though to put you in ketosis, that's the only thing. If you want natural appetite suppression and quick results, stick with LT x
