Hey fellow lipoers

I started lipotrim on Monday... Feeling bloated and a little more tired today but still going strong! Jumped on the scales this morning (i know i should wait but couldnt resist) and have gone from 10st 8lbs to 10st 5lbs so even more determined to keep going now! Can't wait for my Monday weigh in!

Anybody got any tips for the bloated feeling? It's driving me mad and I can feel stomach pain slowly creeping up on me... :/

Hi Binni, well done on getting to day 3 :) (days 1-4 were hardest for me) I'm only a couple of days ahead of you. Not sure about the bloated feeling, i haven't really had that, maybe more water and some fibre clear?

I agree that a sneaky jump on the scales is really motivating, we just need to stay strong! ;-)

Thanks Sarah... I have to say that I've felt worst today out of my 3days... All day in the office with a bloat has been so annoying and I've been feeling quite tired and weak! Just want to get tomorrow out of the way and then hopefully start feelin great on this diet.

I'll give the fibre clear a go tomorrow if I'm still bad but a long walk around ikea seems to have made me feel much better!

Congrats to you for sticking to ur diet too for a few days! Each day I feel good with myself that I've stuck it out... And I'm sure you're very proud of yourself too... Monday night and last night I had pizza and chips in front of me but I'm so determined that I didn't even take a sniff! Hahaha

Let's just hope we keep on like this! And ye jumping on the scales just made me more determined! Im gna try avoid them till weigh in now but really looking forward to more loss!

Stay focussed and we'll get there! Woop woop!

And thanks Al30 will defo give fibre clear a go tmro if I need to!

Well done on getting through the day, defo take the fibre clear you'll feel much better for it! And well done on resisting the temptation with the pizza! Counting the hours till my weigh in at this stage, is it Friday yet? :p

Day 5 has not been as greater morning as I'd have liked... Past few days I've felt tired and little sick here and there but been knocking the shakes and plenty of water and not been thinking or craving at all for food really....

This morning I felt soooo weak... I drank my breakfast chocolate shake and actually thought about how it tasted and was like ewww!

Completed a litre of water now and starting to feel better again!

God I hope I don't start getting side tracked at the weekend!

Hoping to stay focussed... All the way!! Can't wait for weigh in on Monday!! :))

Thanks Sarah! Very pleased with my loss so far, going to try shift 7lbs this week then shifting to Atkins! My brothers weddings just around the corner now so I can't be on the shakes for much longer.. Also my b'day on Saturday but I'll try be as good as poss!

My weekend was fine cos I was working (thank god) I'd say you're thrilled with that loss, great motivation to keep going ;-) are you going to do the proper refeed before Atkins? You probably should cos it'll be a massive shock to the system and the weight tends to stay off if u refeed properly ;-)
 
Lucky you, my weekend was terrible! Busy shopping for the wedding so was hard to get water down me... When I'm working the diets so easy.

I spoke to the pharmacist and they've advised that I should wean myself off the shakes by firstly having 2 shakes and a protein meal then 1shake and 2 protein meals so going to do that before starting Atkins.

Can't wait to get more losses! Feeling better already after 8lbs have gone!

Ah that sounds like the perfect way to ease yourself into Atkins! I'm lucky when it comes to water cos I drink tonnes of it anyway, but at least the wedding stuff will keep you busy and you've got something to aim for ;-)
