Birds Eye Rice Fusions

Hi AllCan anyone tell me how many syns are in the birds eye rice fusions. I have brought the meditteranean veg today. I know there are other types so any info on these would help greatlyMany Thanks

Attention Twinktoes 2008- REF Birds Eye Rice Fusions

Yuk Yuk and more yuk, the rice was disgusting!! but my other hallf liked it so I fed him it! I know there are other flavours but it was enough to put me off!!

I much prefer the batchelors savoury rice - Just had it for lunch with pork - mmmmm

I had the mushroom one tonight but prefer the spinach one. Does anyone know the syns for these two?

Pilau, mediterranean and egg fried ones are all 2.5 each pyramid. The mushroom ones are 2 =)

I love the med veg one, I grate one hex A of cheese and sprinkle it in until its melted...its lovely this way.
