Bisto gravy granules & passata?

Could someone help and let me know whether bisto gravy granules & passata have a syn valuem

If you do a search - the blue button that says "search this forum" below the page numbers at the top right of the thread list - you will loads of threads about gravy. Passata is syn free

1 level tsp of granules = 1 syn

1 level tsp of gravy powder (original bisto that you mix with water then add to your hot liquid) is only half a syn so a better option if you're trying to cut your syns down in a recipe.

How many in a tablespoon please? I can only find teaspoon and grams everywhere x
