Blending cottage cheese - syns?

I'm thinking of making a lasagne with v v low fat cottage cheese instead of the dreaded quark ( which makes me gip) would v v low fat cottage cheese still be free if I ran it through the food processor for a smoother texture?
 
Yes it is there was a recipe in the magazine that dud the sane thing for a lasagne
 
Yup, still free! It's just fruits which gain a Syn value once cooked / blitzed / mashed, etc.
 
Oh please let me know how it works out! I'd love to make a lasagne but HATE quark and couldn't think how else to make the white sauce!
