Did you not want a diary thread?

Anyway for me it was a malteaser ice cream the other night. All down to feeling bad. Just pick yourself up and glug lots of water and be good. You know you can do it, so keep going and maybe throw the bread out/ put it on a high shelf/ ask someone else to hide it. My hubby puts his chocolate on the top shelf, not my favourite thing, but better out of the way
