I got my 3 stone shiny last night!!! 
I also bought myself a new dress for christmas, and I NEVER wear dresses. I got a size 14 and I can't believe how good it looks! And it's RED, a colour I stayed away from because I always thought red showed shadows from my tyres more!
I've also changed my target, I had it down at 145lb (10st 5lb) but I am very close to where I want to be (a size 12, rather than a weight) and my 14's are starting to feel a little loose, so I've changed it to 10 st 10 lb (150lb) and hopefully that will see me in my 12's! That means I am only 10lb away from target!!
I feel fantastic, and want to thank SW and everyone here for all your support and advice... You have all been invaluable to me through my journey!:grouphugg:
