Blueberry confusion! please help!

    i looked in my syn book and it says

    asda frozen blueberrys 5.5 syns for the pack

    tesco frozen blueberrys 0 syns

    i have been buying the asda ones not realising but they are 100% blueberrys why on earth are the 5.5syns? :cry:

    possibly added sugar. Have a look on the ingredients list. Is there glucose added?

    Its sooooo easily done isn't it, check there is no sugar etc on the ingredients. its only 100% fruit in the bag that will be free.
    Never mind at least you found out and can put it right.

    ive triple checked its 100% blueberrys but in the book it says 5.5 syns for the pack and its the same weight with the same title can anyone check the website do u think its a typo?

    Maybe they've been cooked before freezing? Can't say for sure why they have syns but a call to the syn line might help.
