Kfc help??

Hi does anyone know the syn value for kfc corn on the cob please? They are only 71 cals and don't taste like they cooked in anything. The fresh and frozen ones that u buy are free and are over 100 cals

I found an old thread saying they are 2.5 because they're cooked in butter, but this no longer appears to be the case going by the current allergen info. I can't get them to come up in the app, but I would treat it as free unless you added butter/sauce.

Hi ya I work at kfc they are free also we do a pulled chicken rice box

I only started last weekend so I don't cook yet but I will ask them sat and let you know because if it's changed and it is free then a pulled chicken rice box and corn would be nice and you don't have to sit and watch everyone else while you sip on Diet Coke like I used to do when I took my nephews lol x

Oh no gotta have Sunday roast I may sneak one of these in during the week if my son was old enough to drive I would send him to get me one I could eat a horse tonight lol.
