blueberry muffins

    hello
    i would like a little advice from all you very helpful people.
    the recipe for blueberry muffins in the new "comfort foods" booklet in the new slimming mag says 3 and a half syns per muffin ! is this just on EE or does it appy to green and orginal plans ???????:)

    Things like this, the syn value is the same for all plans.

    I don't have the book, but I would imagine for this recipe the syn amount is the same across all plans.

    this is the recipe from the booklet.

    7oz/198g fresh blueberries
    1oz/28g all bran (roughly crushed)
    2tbsp artificial sweetener
    2floz/57ml freshly squeezed orange juice
    2oz/57g sr flour
    2 level tsp baking powder
    1tsp ground cinnamon
    half tsp ground ginger
    2 eggs (lightly beaten
    fat free natural yogurt to serve.

    oven 200c/400f gas mark 6
    makes 6 muffins.

    place blueberries,all bran, sweetener,and orange juice in a bowl and mix together. sift flour, baking powder and spices, add the eggs and mix together until well combined.

    line six muffin tins with paper cases and spoon in the mixture. place in the oven and bake for 15-20 mins until risen and firm to the touch. serve decorated with extra blueberries and a spoonful of yoghurt......

    I didn't steal your idea I just didn't pay attention! Was off on google hunting down a muffin recipe and found it lol sorry!! xxxx
