I have just been looking into BMI with kids on the nhs website (homework) and it comes up I am now in the healthy range :) but on checking it on the sw website it says i am still in overweight range :( Is it not worked out the same??

Was really pleased as it is the first time i have been in healthy range for 11 years, even tho I have more to lose but thinks it gives u a boost or did until i saw sw one :(

why does it have to be so confusing !

From what I've seen the nhs calculator factors in gender and age. The SW one is probably only based on weight against height. I would go by the nhs one as it is more refined.
