i worked out my bmr on mfp and it came up with this:

so, does this mean, i burn that many calories a day doing nothing out of the ordinary?

if so, as long as im eating less cals than that i'll lose weight?

i'm having an average of about 1400 cals a day which is 1205 less than im burning according to the above calculation, and thats not including exercise.

so my weight loss should be pretty rapid for the time being. am i correct in all this? im new to these things so have no clue! xx
 
also, what does this mean? the results?

oh now i understand the results for the 2nd one. the numbers in yellow are how many i should have a day, not many lol! but thats to lose 22 pounds in a month!
