i am working on my silver body magic. on the fitness log it says i need to do either 6 x 15 mins or 3x 30 mins, do u think it would be acceptable to do 2x 30 mins and 2 x 15 mins
 
I think the aim is for 90 minutes of exercise over at least 3 sessions so you're not sitting on your backside all week and going out for a 90 minute walk once a week, which helps to make it a life style change.
