I had boiled bacon for Sunday dinner, I also have the WW kitchen scales when i put on 3 slices of boiled bacon it said it was 3pp. My slices were approx 2inches wide by 4 inches long and maybe the thickness of a thick slice of ham. Hope this helps. bacon is fairly low in points just make sure all the fat is removed..... enjoy
