Why not make your own with chopped toms, garlic, etc? Would be syn free that way, most jar sauces are quite high.

Yep, all jarred sauces are usually high in syns. You can work out the syns of any you see in Aldi using the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule

A jar of bolognaise sauce is barely anything more than chopped tomatoes and a few herbs so you may as well make your own. Far cheaper too - a can of tomatoes can cost as little as 30p

If you arent confident, the oxo spag bol cubes are free and have all the flavourings you need, just add tinned tomatoes and maybe some onion and veg if you fancy
