little tip, dont weigh yourself everyday, people are all different some will lose gradually over the week others will find weight just suddenly drops off in one go. If you weigh yourself everyday it is easy to get dispondant and that can make you more likely to eat. The weight will come off if you are following the diet correctly xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Bev is right did you take your measurements at the start ?????
If not do them now and check every few weeks ....I do mine monthly. I know its hard not to take a peek at the scales but I now leave it until the morning of official weigh in.
