    I haven't lost any weight in the last 3 days - I've been good, and have been drinking water like a fish!

    little tip, dont weigh yourself everyday, people are all different some will lose gradually over the week others will find weight just suddenly drops off in one go. If you weigh yourself everyday it is easy to get dispondant and that can make you more likely to eat. The weight will come off if you are following the diet correctly xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

    thanks julesrush, I must admint that I am in the habit of weighing myself every morning... I can't help myself :(

    It will come off! At just over 400 cals per day you can't help but burn fat. Our bodies are strange and will hold onto weight/fluid and then all of a sudden release it. You wait and see!!

    It is better not to keep jumping on the scales - but as someone who does it - i understand. Have you measured yourself?? are the inches coming off?? have you been exercising at all???

    Bev is right did you take your measurements at the start ?????
    If not do them now and check every few weeks ....I do mine monthly. I know its hard not to take a peek at the scales but I now leave it until the morning of official weigh in.
