Boom 5 stone gone week 17 !

Morning all weigh in today see's me down to 12st 2 which is a total loss of 5 stone 1lb in 17 weeks,

I stuck with SS fully for the first 12 weeks and now some days I have a bit chicken, prawns or tuna ( not everyday though just if I feel I want something )

I find it easier with food out of the equation but consultant was talking about having to move up the steps boooooooooo !
