Tell us all about yourself, why you want to lose weight, what you're going to do when you get to goal. Even better, write down how you feel about yourself right now in your overweight state, so that when you're having a low moment in a few weeks' time, you can look back at what you wrote and say, "Actually - I don't want to feel like that again - I'll keep going!"
