Bouillon?

Yes it is. Green tub with orange lid.

I found the low salt/gluten free one in the specialist foods aisle (think it was Sainsburys). Its in stock cube form rather than a powder. Haven't tried it yet tho!!

I have it in my pantry and ALWAYS forget about it. I am going to put it on the windowsill si remember to have it.

Tesco'a ans Sainsburys have the low salt powder in the gluten free section. It's a great treat to add a teaspoon to soup now and again.

I have both and they are YUM!

Ive used both, but when I used the normal one thats when my weight loss stalled. Coincidence? Anyway, if you have a cup if you've got the munchies appearing it seems to quash that feeling.

I bought the normal one first and have been using it since day 1 - I love it and haven't found it stalled weight loss. I have the low-salt one now too, from the specialist food aisle in Sainsburys, which I will use next.

I think it is great at helping to overcome hunger, or if you fancy something savoury before a shake.
