I have no idea what swiss gold is but I do believe you can have any boullion although the no added salt one would be best as salt makes us retain water which is not good come weigh-in day. x

It's called marigold Swiss gold bouillon it's the one recommended for VLCDs

I think the Swiss marigold is the only one recommended by lighterlife etc
Sainsburys and tesco usually have it, get the reduced salt one to avoid water retention it's normally in their free from type section x
