well it doesnt have to be bourbon, iv tried it with masala wines brandy all sorts so you need
salmon fillets marinade in half cup.of whisky, two table spoons chopped chives, garlic, ginger, half cup of reduced salt.soy sauce, couple dashes lea & perrins, half a lemon.juice, three tspoons sweetener.. if im on a pv day I'll add in.spring.onions and serve with.asparagus
