Bradgirl Weight Loss Diary - on my way I hope!

My Journey!
I am knew to this, so hope it works, and as each day goes, hopefully the set up will look better.
I have included exercise of each day, and syns values.


Breakfast :- 2 weetabix and 1 banana, with skim milk from my allowance 375 mil.

Lunch :- homemade veg soup ( celery, courgettes, cabbage, onions)

Dinner:- Home made veg soup, Salmon Stir fry, loads of veg
Blueberries, 1 scoop deluxe icecream =3


Free snacks : - 2 oranges, blueberries & muller light yog.

Syns 10-15, but only used 10.5 is that ok?
I had the crisp bread as felt I hadn't had all my syns - is that ok?

Exercise, Fitball 30 mins, blitz 60mins, and Aqua tonight 60 mins and dog walk 30 mins

Oh I had a green tea during the afternoon as well.
And a No Added Sugar squash
 
breakfast:-

Lunch:- 4 ryvita = 2, lean ham, turkey, extra light phili cream cheese. tomatoes
Muller light

Dinner:-
Sweetcorn with Extra light philli cheese
minced beef hash, with potato, yellow peppers, butternut, onions, English Asparagus.

Exercise, 50 min dog walk.

Syns 2 so far.
(Made a fruit cakes this morning, - and no testing as yet!)
I weaken had 2 slices of fruit cake, 1 for testing, and 1 with friends this evening.

4 cups of green tea

Wednesday 16th May:-

7-8 spinning class

9-9.30 fit ball

10-11 walk the dog

11. 30 Breakfast after walk:- 2 Wheetabix, total 0% fat free yogurt, plums, black grapes
Coffee

Lunch:- beef hash ( from SW cook book)

snack Banana, fresh pineapple, strawberries
Muller light yogurt

Dinner :- 2 egg omelette with lean ham and tomatoes and asparagus

Yoga cancelled!

followed by book club we are reading: - Summer Bear
2 slimline tonics whilst out tonight

Syns:-
2 slices parma ham =1
1tsp oil = 2

I think I need to eat more syns?; I am allowed to have 10-15
23g weighed stem ginger = 3.5

plus hot milk from my allowance.

Thursday 17th May
Breakfast,:- 2 wheetabix, 0% fat free total Yogurt, plums

Dog walk 1 hour

Midmorning snack:- smoked salmon, coffee - with semi skim pot milk whilst at Ikea , better than a danish, and on plan

More walking round that shop....

Lunch:- 2 egg omelette with ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, coffee with pot semi skim milk

More shopping,

Dinner :- pasta and bol. Muller light yogurt.
Pineapple.

Unload shopping!
 
Lost 1lb this week, I would have liked more...but I am on my way - hurray.
 
Friday 18th May:-
Breakfast :- 2 Wheetabix, 0%ff Total Yogurt, defrosted plums from the garden last year.

Dog walk: - 50 minutes


Lunch: - 3 ryvitas = 4.5 syns, turkey, extra light philiy
Red grapes

5 hours of golf 2.30 p.m. - I WON - HURRAY
snack :- some pasta omelette with loads of veg.
APPLE
SKINNY CAPPUCCINO - SEMI - SKIM - 50 MIL NOT SURE THE SYNS WILL CHECK THAT UP (100 mil 2.5 )
1 coffee biscuit 2 syns

Dinner: -SALMON ROASTED, CABBAGE, POTATOES,
1 scoop home ice cream = 4

( Not sure what I am going to eat, for lunch make make my pasta omelette - that way I take some of it with for the golf again.)

13 syns used

All updated, I think it is all ok?

SATURDAY 19TH MAay

I find Saturday's hard, the only thing that changes is hubby is at home - maybe that means different food or different times?

Anyway, Breakfast is normal:- 2 Wheetabix, 0% FF Total yogurt, plums, coffee - skim milk

We are away this weekend,

So will keep a note of what I will be having over the weekend, and update on Sunday evening.

Busy day but here goes


Bean flakes 30 g banana


Pasta , ham, courgettes, tomatoes , apple, Low cal sauce

Blueberries and muller light

snack. Ryvita thins = b
370 skim milk = a

Dinner. Gammon steak grilled, potato, courgettes, carrots
Muller light and blueberries


Strawberries


1 green tea and loads of water

Dog walk and sun bathing!


Tomorrow is weigh day - fingers crossed
 
Gained 1.5 lbs I think perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought out of 100% 60%, must turn that around this week if I can!
 
Friday 25th:-

Coffee

Snack :- Banana, Pineapple.
I just didn't feel hungry - must be the heat we are having.



Dog walk



12.20 :- 28g bran flakes + 1 ryvita.

14.00 Golf

17.00 hours snack at the half way house + diet coke


19.00 lc drink
20.00 Whoops Chinese meal,, and a Gin and slimline tonic. and water throughout the meal.
I did choose wisely .

Saturday 26th May - PGA is on


Dog walk 1/2 hour

Breakfast:- 28 g bran flakes, 1 ryvita, blueberries, fat free natural yogurt.
Tea.


Snack :- Coffee

Lunch 13.30 hrs. Baked veg frittata
Pasta, garlic purée ,red chilli,red peppers, sweet corn ,frozen peas, courgettes, carrots , eggs, lettuce, toms, cucumber

Ginger beer No added sugar



Snack :- 1/4 sandwich egg mayonaise, and tea. ( mayonnaise syns.? break I can count as a healthy B)

Dinner:- steak, asparagus, courgettes,
Banana and Muller yogurt.

Rest of my skim milk

An extra 200 mil skim milk - syns 3

Breakfast :- 30g Dorset Cearal Simply Nutty Muesli, topped with Banana and skim milk from allowance.

snack :- apple

Please can someone advise how this is a free food, when it has a couple of nuts, and raisins in?

Lunch:- Frittata, with Carrots, tomatoes, sweetcorn, peas, chives, red chilli, courgettes. Lettuce and Tomato

Snack :- 1 meringe and 1 small sq of fruit cake - homemade.

Dinner:- Roast Chicken, Dry roast potatoes, peas, butternut squash, parsnips
Meringue and ice cream = 6

NoTE :_ I found the fruit cake, that I had forgotten I had made 2 weeks ago, and wanted to make sure it was still ok....- It was!







Have made homemade icecream - and have not been tempted to dip a spoon, even when the bowl was empty of its contents, it went straight into the hot soapy bowl of water. - RESULT - I THINK. I saved myself for the pudding of my dinner and then counted the syns., it could have been lots worse if I had dipped the spoon in during the making of it. Instead it was controlled .

Monday 28th May - sunny day

375 mil skimmed milk

Lunch: - Ainsley Harriott, Moroccan Medley Couscous syns 1.5 1 packet, added peas, buttersquash - leftovers, smoked ham, red pepers.Very nice


snack: - 3 teas



Dinner: - 2 eggs omelette, ham, 40g hard half fat cheese - syns= ..5...... spaghetti hoops
muller light yogurt vanilla with chocolate, quark cheese, banana

rest of skim milk

Tuesday 29

Breakfast Dorset nutty muesli cereal mañana, skim milk


Lunch. Roast beef green , swede, butternut squash......and then Yorkshire pudding...=
Roast pot=. 2 glasses of wine =


Dinner full from lunch but ended up having. Gherkins and LCD ginger beer followed by muller light with quark cheese and bran flakes. And cuppa tea


Will come back and update syns on Wednesday


Dog walk followed by walking around London today
