Bread Roll HEX A

Is it possible to have White Bread Roll as a Healthy Extra A or does it have to be Wholemeal. Just wondering as I'm on a course today so lunch is provided. All dishes were full of cream etc, so decided to make a ham salad sandwich with what was there, although they only had white rolls. Should have just made a ham salad from it but i really needed the bread, i was starving!

So should I syn it or can I use a Healthy Extra? Help please

Oh- average white roll is 5.5

Don't know difference between a bap and roll though- guess the size

Oooh thats not as bad as i thought it was. It was only a small bread roll/batch/bap/etc (depends where you are in the country as to what it's called it seems lol). I shall syn it then. Thanks for your input

Would have been nice to use a HEX B but I guess now I can have a hi-fi bar for pudding later yay! xxx
