I no you can have crumpets and shredded wheat.

Is bacon medallions the same as Bacon with no fat? ;-)

Omelette
Crumpets with cottage cheese
Toast
Scrambled egg on toast
Beans on toast


But in terms of easy food just OSS unless you cheat like me. I count Weetabix as free!!

Just buy normal bacon and chop the fat off! That's what I do!!
