Breakfast

overnight oats.
take your 40g of Oat and mix/layer in a pot with Yogurt and fruit, leave in fridge overnight enjoy in morning
 
Oats done as above or even better, mix with egg, sweetener and flavour of your choice (almond, vanilla, coconut) and baked in the oven/microwave. Nice seasonal variations of this e.g. add grated carrot/pumpkin and cinnamon.
Cereal and fruit is a good one, or try making your own granola and having with yoghurt and sliced banana.
