Oh bum ok! Lol

I agree with lianne you need to have them for baby. Ive had wks where ive not lost or ive put on. But then ive not always stuck to plan 100% lol. Only thing i can suggest is do a food diary, dont go over ur syns, or make sure u use them all. Try n up the speed foods ur having n try new things. Its easy to keep having the same meals i should know lol
For those still on loads of a choices my C suggested putting sf cordial in milk? Sounds odd to me but suppose to be lovely , strawberry might be ok but orange flavour milk seems so wrong lol

Hi, my daughter is 14 months and still breastfeeds at least 4/5times a day. Please could you tell me how many hexa/b i would get on green plan? Thankyou :) XX

Hi everyone, my name is sam, I'm 27 and I'm wanting to start slimming world (going to do the big shop tomorrow to get everything I need). I had my son jack 8 weeks ago and I am exclusively breastfeeding. I've seen that I need to have additional healthy extras while breastfeeding but am not sure how many. Could somebody tell me?

I did SW 3 years ago and got good results until I stopped going after a bereavement. I want to do it again because I know it works and is a healthy way to lose weight, but I can't afford the meetings while I'm on maternity leave and can't find my old books for the life in me!

Would anyone on here be able to give me a brief run down on what is and isn't allowed on red and green days as well as what the HE's are and their serving sizes? Any recommendations for my shopping trolley tomorrow would be greatly appreciated too!

Also, do you know if wheat free pasta is still ok on green days as I'm wheat intolerant.

I'm currently 15 stone 6 pounds and want to get down to 11 stone to fit into a wedding dress for our wedding which we have just booked for 31st august next year, so ideally need to reach goal weight by early next year so I can buy my dress!

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!

Sam x

Hi new ladies
Cookie monster u can have 1 extra healthy a or b so ob green day be total of 5!
Sammyb from 2-3 mths u need 4 extrs healthy a/bs then from 4-6 mth its 3 extra if starting to wean if not its still the 4 then from 6mt onwards its just 1 extra. They recommend you do extra easy rather than red/ green but its up to you. Ee you can have meat n potato/pasta on same plate but u should have 1/3rd superfree which is most of ur veg n fruit. cant remember rest of ur questions but if u search forum u should be able to find answers easily
Hth x

Thanks hunny it's going well so far and Jack is putting on weight like a champ :) he likes his food just like his mummy and daddy lol so I want to get healthy and keep healthy habits before he gets old enough to pick up bad ones. We don't have many bad habits, and I've maintained the weight I am (apart from when I was pregnant) since November 2010 when I lost 2 stones, and even the 21lbs I gained during pregnancy were lost within a week of having Jack because I tried to stay healthy throughout so it was mostly baby weight. But it's got to a point, and had done before I got pregnant too, that I'd been the same weight for ages and no amount of exercise was budging it, I always get to this size and then have trouble getting further. I've done it once and I wasn't even trying but I was 18 and working 2 jobs a day Monday to Saturday in my gap year and the weight just fell off and I got down to 11 and a half stone and a size 12 which was amazing. Then I started uni and changed the pill I was on and put on 7 stone over the course of five years :-$ the only other time I've been a size 12 I was actually 12 years old! :-( but I was comfortable at that weight and looked and felt so much better so I'm
Hoping to get to that again and then stay there now I'm no longer on the pill and have no intention of going back on it :) x

Hi you should try the coil.....ive been on it 4 mth n so far its ok bleeding a bit heavier but that could also be a post pregnancy thing too. Funny how the paths we choose in life can actually affect things like weight! Socialising was my biggest problem lol. I use to drink a lot n when i stopped smoking ate alot instead! When i started SW 4 yr ago i cut the drink right down n then getting pregnant i stopped completely n still have as bf'ing. Ive realised that i dont need a drink to have a good time n can dance sober lmao more syns for chocolate!
Am looking forward to my hols next wk having a wk off sw n cooking lol. Woohoo!!!

syns will definitely be saved for chocolate lol ) It is amazing how the choices we make affect our weight, even if they're not something we would necessarily associate with weight gain!

I was offered the non hormonal coil by my GP but i dont like the thought of it. We tried for quite a while to concieve our son as I have PCOS and I know how hard it can be to make that one sperm meet that one egg at exactly the right time, so if that happens then I feel it's meant to happen and i don't like the idea that if it did happen that the coil would stop it implanting and effectively terminate the pregnancy. I have no problem with what others chose to do, but now that I know how it works I just couldn't deal with the thought every month that i could have stopped a baby that was meant to be here so i'm using natural prevention techniques by following my cycle and we wont do the deed when i'm fertile, and we will use condoms too just to make sure. Ideally we don't want our second child until after we are married, but if it happens then it's obviously meant to be :) (Sorry if that came accross as a bit of a rant there hun, it's just how i feel now that i've been through having to try so hard for my son) x

No i completely understand i think the coil is defo a long term thing suits me as im 38 n no plans for anymore unless i win big money then yep bring on the babies lol. But for now im going to treasure my little boy cos hes my world x
