Breath Freshness!?!

How do you keep your breath fresh?

I haven't had any complaints of breath smelling YET but I have not been close enough to anyone yet to know.

I don't want to find out either so what can i do to keep my breath fresh?

Hi,

U can goggle with mouth wash. I found I had bad breath in my second week on the CD diet which has now gone away

my cdc told me about wafer thin listerine breath fresheners,bit like those sheet mints you used to be able to get,apparently they are fine on ss

I have the listerine ones and they're very good!

Extra water, mouthwash, breath freshener spray and strips all fine.
I used to carry a travel toothbrush and mini tube of toothpaste about too!!!
