Yikes... I forgot how cold this diet makes me!! I'm only on day 2 but I've been freezing all day!! All my colleagues have been wearing t shirts and here's me with a big thick cardigan on.. lol! Doesn't help that choc mint is my favourite flavour.. It's a little too refreshing!!

I am exactly the same, although it took me a little longer to feel the cold!!
We have the air-conditioning on at work and I am sat here with blue finger tips and shivering every 5 seconds!!
Have you tried the choc and mint hot??
I like the choc tetra brick hot and I divide it into 2 so I have 2 cups!!! Yum Yum!!!

To be honest, the tetra's make me feel really sick!!!!!!

But choc and mint hot sounds interesting.. I have the choc ones hot, so perhaps I'll try it!! Thanks
