Oooh lamb shanks are lovely - slow cooked, the meat just falls off the bone - a good winter meal

These are slow cooked in a rich red wine, redcurrent and balsamic sauce with roast pots (i will only have 1) and veg. Mmmmmm, nah dont fancy curry now
